Don Burns
President / CEO

At the helm of our company, Don is responsible for all management and leadership functions. His experience includes more than 40 years of planning, developing, and constructing custom homes and high-end remodels.

Don’s interest in construction began back when he was a teenager. In his junior year of high school, Don entered into a construction trade school in Championship, Ohio. There he learned what it took to build a home effectively and efficiently. After his education, Don put his skill to the test by becoming a carpenter. Through many years of experience as a laborer, he developed an eye for quality, craftsmanship, and artistic design.Soon after, Don became a construction manager for a few of the valley’s predominate home builder’s. He developed his experience through the knowledge and mentor-ship of others.

Through his 45+ years of construction, Don learned the that the smallest details help make the biggest project spectacular. Which is why Don makes sure that our homes are built to a standard that every customer can rely on. He also adopted the mindset of following through with his commitments, and doing everything right the first time. “Your word is what makes you the best you can be.” Being able to rely on someone to guide you through the process of home building is important, and Don knows this better than anyone. With decades of home building and remodeling experience, no one is better at bringing your dream home to life than Don.

Don credits his wife, Zina, for the inspiration of their company. Her daily encouragement reminds him that “with discipline, belief in God, honesty and hard work, anything is possible.” For us it boils down to the basics. “Treat every day as a blessing, and live every day committed to a high level of integrity and excellence.”

"We were impressed when we first met Don Burns. He was very personable and had some great design ideas. We remodeled all but the 3 bedrooms in our home.
